At Rob5 Designs, we take great pride in creating unique, custom-engraved pieces just for you. Because these items are permanently altered and cannot be resold, please review our policy regarding personalized orders:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales of engraved or personalized items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds if you change your mind or if the item does not meet a personal preference once received.
2. Accuracy of Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all personalization details provided at the time of order are correct. This includes:
Spelling and grammar
Dates and numbers
Choice of font or layout
Upper and lowercase preferences
Pro Tip: We highly recommend double-checking your order summary in the cart before completing your purchase. We engrave exactly what is provided in the text field.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us asap from the time of purchase. Once the engraving process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
4. Defective Items or Engraving Errors
While we strive for perfection, we understand that mistakes can happen. If we have made an error that differs from your original order (e.g., we misspelled a name that you spelled correctly), or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us at rob5designs@rob5designs.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item and the error/damage
In these specific cases, we will prioritize a replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

1. Final Sale – No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the immediate access and "instant" nature of digital content, all sales of digital images, presets, and downloadable files are final. * We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete.
Once a download link has been sent or accessed, the product is considered "used" and is ineligible for a refund.
2. Compatibility & Requirements
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software and technical knowledge to use the digital files provided.
Please review the file format (e.g., .JPG, .PNG, .TIFF) listed in the product description before purchasing.
Ensure your device or editing software is compatible with these formats.
3. Delivery of Files
Files are typically delivered via an automated download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your link within [e.g., 30 minutes], please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.
4. Exceptions & Technical Issues
While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will provide assistance in the following cases:
