Digital Usage Policy

Thank you for choosing Rob5 Designs. By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Permitted License & Usage

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for Personal and Small Business Use only.

• Personal Use: You may use the files for any personal projects or gifts.

• Small Business Use: You may use the files to create physical end-products for sale (e.g., shirts, mugs, or signs) for up to 500 units.

2. Prohibited Uses (The "No" List)

To protect the integrity of our designs, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Print on Demand (POD): You may not upload our files to sites like Printful, Zazzle, Redbubble, Amazon Merch, or similar services. You must be the creator of the physical product.

• No Reselling or Sharing: You may not resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital files in any format (including Facebook Groups, Google Drives, or via email).

• No Modifications: You may not alter, edit, or modify the design in any way. This includes changing colors, removing elements, or tracing the design to create a "new" file.

• No Digital Sales: You may not use our designs to create other digital products for sale.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

• No Returns: Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned.

• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges or store credit for digital products.

• Technical Support: If you experience a corrupt file or an error with your download, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs are the intellectual property of Rob5 Designs. Purchasing the file does not transfer copyright to the buyer.
